Reflexology is a healing practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, face, ears, and hands.  This is done using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques.  It is intended to “hit the reset buttons” for your organs/internal systems.  Think of it as a massage for your inside!  We typically include some Reflexology in each treatment session unless the client requests it not be included in the process.

 Hypno-massage utilizes the natural trance state elicited by massage to deepen relaxation on every level. It involves the integration of bodywork with hypnotic suggestions to create a complete mind and body experience.  This groundbreaking technique has great potential to help you release long-standing chronic pain that has been stored in your body due to past trauma or injury.

We accept Cash, Checks, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
